IS ITP LEGAL?

Yes, completely. You may hear people make comments such as “it’s a scam” or “it’s a pyramid scheme, which is illegal” but the reality is, it is neither.

Cryptocurrency trading in the UK is perfectly legal, but is unregulated by the FCA. Here is a link for more information:

Our leader personally contacted the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) providing the website of ITP (https://www.itpro.top/) along with my personal details, a copy of ITP’s business license (which can be found on their website) and a detailed account of how ITP operates. I asked for clarity that no laws were being broken and was advised that they could not find any aspect of ITP or my participation illegal. They further advised that the structure of ITP does not constitute a “Pyramid Selling Scheme”, which are illegal in the UK, as ITP users are not selling products to others or reliant on new users to make the primary earnings.

Naturally, they advise that investing in any cryptocurrency comes with an element of risk as it is unregulated by the FCA, and to only invest an amount you are willing to lose. This is advice I support and would pass on to anyone, though I wouldn’t be writing this guide if I felt that was a likely outcome.
